From NYC: On Metro North, dis-embark at Westport Station (1 Railroad Place). A public-ride service such as Uber/Lyft is recommended for the 3.8 mile drive to MoCA CT

When are the MoCA galleries open?

Our gallery hours are:

  • Monday – Wednesday | Gallery Closed
  • Thursday | 12PM – 4PM
  • Friday | 12PM – 4PM
  • Saturday & Sunday | 12PM – 4PM

How much is admission to MoCA CT?

Admission to MoCA CT is a suggested donation:

  • Member Admission: Free. Become a member now!

    General Admission: $10 suggested donation.

  • Student (6+) / Educator / Senior Admission (65+): $5 suggested donation.
  • Children 5 & under / Military Personnel / Healthcare Providers: Free (with valid ID)

MoCA CT is pleased to partner with Bank of America’s Museums on Us, offering free admission for Bank of America cardholders to MoCA CT the first weekend of every month.

Where do I park my car?

Please park your car in the main lot in front of the MoCA CT entrance at 19 Newtown Turnpike, Westport, CT.

Is MoCA CT accessible to wheelchair users?

MoCA CT is accessible to visitors who use mobility assistive devices. There is a ramp from the left side of the building that connects to the front door. Inside, there is a ramp into the gallery space from the lobby. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available.

Are there gender-inclusive restrooms available?

Yes, there are gender inclusive restrooms available. MoCA CT encourages visitors to use the restroom that best aligns with their gender identity.

Is MoCA CT a cooling center?

Yes, MoCA CT is a cooling center. Please refer to local news stations and outlets for heat advisory warnings.

Is photography allowed?

Photography is permitted for personal use only. Flash photography is not allowed.

When are docent-led tours?

Free, docent-led tours are available from 1pm – 2:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays during the ColleCTomania exhibition. Please refer to our event calendar for more information. Advance registration is requested.

Where do I park my car for performances?

Please park in the lot at 19 Newtown Turnpike, Westport, CT. We recommend arriving early to secure a parking space and spend time exploring our current exhibition. Do not block the driveway to MoCA.

Where are performances held?

Performances are held in the MoCA galleries at 19 Newtown Turnpike, Westport, CT. Please refer to your digital ticket or our events calendar to learn which gallery will be hosting the event.

When is the Heida Hermanns International Music Competition held?

The Heida will be held at MoCA CT from November 23-24, 2024 at MoCA CT. For more information on The 2024 Heida schedule, please visit theheida.mocawestport.org/

How do I get tickets?

Visit https://mocact.org/performing-arts/#performances to purchase tickets. MoCA Members receive a 15% discount.

If I can’t attend a performance, can I give my friends the tickets?

Yes, email Kristen (kristen@mocact.org) to reserve tickets under your friends’ name.

Where is educational programming held?

Classes, camps, and workshops are held in the classroom, gallery space, or in the Artisan Haus. Please refer to your digital receipt for the location of your program.
